Booking & Studio Logistics

  • Once we confirm your project details, we’ll set a shoot date and provide a timeline. Typically:

    • Photo edits are delivered within 7–10 business days

    • Videos are completed within 2–3 weeks, including editing and sound design

    • Rush delivery is available for an additional fee

  • You can send an email or call. We also offer complimentary consultations to understand your vision and goals.

  • Yes, our studio is located in 3-19122 27 Ave, Surrey, BC V3Z 5T1 (we serve the surrounding areas too). If you’d like to drop by, please schedule an appointment in advance so we can ensure someone is available to greet you and show you our space.

  • Yes! We offer on-location shoots across the Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver area, and worldwide. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, but we love capturing stories wherever our clients are.

Printing, Framing & Deliverables

  • Yes, we offer a curated collection of fine art landscape and nature photography prints available for purchase. Each piece is professionally printed, with options for framing, acrylic, metal, and archival paper. You can explore and order prints from our online gallery at:

  • Yes! We offer professional-grade printing services for client-supplied images as well. You can choose from a range of high-quality archival paper, metal, acrylic, canvas, or other media options. Please contact us for pricing based on print size and material.

  • We offer a variety of standard sizes (e.g. 4×6, 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, 24×36, etc.), as well as custom sizes upon request. All prints are produced at high resolution to ensure sharp, vivid output.

  • Absolutely. We provide framing, matting, mounting, and finishing options (e.g. floating frames, shadow boxes, acrylic fronts) to complement your prints. We use archival materials to protect the artwork over time.

  • Yes, we have a selection of frame styles, finishes, and mat board options. We’ll work with you to choose a look that suits your artwork and décor. If you have a specific frame in mind, feel free to send a photo or sample.

  • Ready-to-Hang Canvas: 5 days for printing, 5 days for framing.

  • Returns and exchanges 30 days

    The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. Please check our return policy.

  • We accepts order cancellations 12 hours
