Commercial Production for US Brands

Working with a Canadian studio doesn't mean logistics you have to manage. Your product ships, we produce, you direct from wherever you are, and finished files arrive digitally.

How it works

1. Consultation. Fifteen minutes to scope the work — what you're producing, where it runs, what it has to accomplish. A written itemised proposal follows, quoted in USD.

2. Product ships to the studio. Send by DHL, FedEx, or UPS on your own account with duties and brokerage prepaid. Your carrier files the customs entry, the same as any domestic shipment. Product arrives at our loading door in Campbell Heights, Surrey.

3. Pre-production and test shoot. Lighting, angles, and styling are resolved before your product is on set, so production day runs to plan.

4. You direct live. Live-tethered capture means you see frames as they're made, with real-time proofing to review composition and lighting from your desk. For complex sets, a private live feed of the camera view and studio floor.

5. Delivery. Digital, in the formats agreed in pre-production — print-ready TIFF for packaging, optimised JPEG or WebP for Shopify and Amazon, transparent PNG cutouts for marketplace listings. 15 business days for photography, 21 for motion.

6. Product returns on your account, or is held for the next production.

The studio

  • 12' × 24' cyclorama, 24-foot ceilings, 3-phase power, 8' × 10' loading door.

  • On-site commercial kitchen with refrigeration and prep space — food plated at service quality rather than transported.

  • Cross-polarization for reflective packaging, colour-calibrated capture, focus stacking.

  • Drive-in vehicle access — the studio floor sits level with exterior grade at the loading door. Vehicles, trailers, and oversized product can be driven directly onto the floor. Arranged in advance.

Pricing and terms

Every production is scoped to the brief, so there's no rate card. The consultation determines scope; a written itemised proposal follows, quoted in USD.

No sales tax applies to services delivered digitally to US clients.

Shipping. Product ships on your carrier account with duties and brokerage prepaid. If any brokerage or import charges fall to the studio, they're invoiced back at cost with no markup.

A standard commercial licence covers digital, web, and social use. Extended usage — print and point-of-sale, packaging, broadcast, out-of-home, or global distribution — is quoted separately based on distribution scale.

$5M commercial general liability. Certificate available on request.
