• Bloom is the booking and client-management platform we use to schedule consultations, manage studio rentals and projects, and communicate with clients. Information you provide when booking or inquiring — such as your name, contact details, and project information — is processed through Bloom. • Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our site. You can review Google's practices and opt out through Google's tools.

All payment processing is encrypted under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never seen or stored by Farzan Samsamy Studio. Card data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your transaction.

When you place an order, make a booking, or engage our services, we retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.
