Every Edition from Farzan Samsamy Studio is a limited-run, made-to-order work — printed on museum-grade archival paper, hand-finished in a custom hardwood frame, and individually inspected, signed, and numbered for you. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, our policy reflects the nature of custom, commissioned artwork.

All Sales Are Final

Editions are custom-made to order and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund based on change of mind, buyer's remorse, or a change in your space or preferences. We encourage you to review all details — dimensions, framing option, and finish — carefully before confirming your order. We're glad to answer any questions before you purchase.

Damaged or Defective Work

We stand behind the quality of every piece we produce. If your Edition arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect (such as a printing flaw or a fault in the framing), we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

To make a claim:

• Contact us at hello@farzansamsamy.studio within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order details and clear photographs of the damage or defect, along with the packaging as received.

Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement or repair. If a replacement cannot be produced, we will issue a full refund for the affected piece. We may ask you to return the damaged piece using a prepaid shipping label we provide.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, and only if production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@farzansamsamy.studio as soon as possible. Once printing or framing has begun, an order can no longer be cancelled.

Non-Edition Products
