Order Processing Time

Gallery Editions are produced to order from the artist's own work. Prints and framing are produced to each customer's specification. Nothing is held in stock.

• Print products: up to 5 business days for production

• Framing services: up to 10 business days for framing

• Framed prints: up to 15 business days total for production and framing

Delivery timeline

• Production and assembly are completed within the times above. Processing time does not include shipping transit.

• Shipping and delivery time vary by carrier and destination.

• Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Options

Free standard shipping is available to Canada and the United States.

Express / paid shipping is available through Purolator, FedEx, Canada Post, and UPS. Speed, delivery dates, and cost are set by the carrier and destination. Transit is typically 3–5 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States, from the date the order leaves our studio.

Local Studio Pickup

Pickup is available from our studio at 3-19122 27 Ave, Surrey BC V3Z 5T1.

• You will be notified when your order is ready.

• Pickup is by appointment only.

• Orders should be collected within a reasonable time after notification.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. Farzan Samsamy Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier handling.

Proof Approval

For prints and framing produced from a customer's own file, we send a proof for written approval before production begins. Production starts only once approval is received. Approval confirms the image, size, paper, mat, and frame.

Returns & Exchanges (Print Products)

Gallery Editions
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. Refunds are issued after the work is received and inspected — allow up to 14 days. Any reduction in value from damage, misuse, or improper handling may be deducted from the refund.

Prints and framing produced from a customer's own file
These are made to a single customer's specification and cannot be resold. All sales are final, except where the work arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof.

Damage in Transit

Report shipping damage within 5 days of delivery, with photographs of both the artwork and the packaging. Retain all packaging until the claim is resolved. We handle the carrier claim and will replace or refund. Claims reported after 5 days, or where packaging has been discarded, cannot be processed by the carrier.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled at any time before production begins. Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled. Production typically begins within one business day of purchase — contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm status.
