Shipping, Pickup & Return Policy

Order Processing Time

All products are custom-made to order to ensure premium quality and craftsmanship.

  • Print Products: up to 5 business days for production

  • Framing Services: up to 5 business days for framing

  • Framed Prints: production and framing may take up to 10 business days total

Delivery Timeline:

  • Production and assembly are completed within the processing times listed above. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • Shipping and delivery time vary depending on the selected carrier and destination

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier at checkout and are not guaranteed

Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping

  • Free regular shipping is available for Canada and the United States

Express / Paid Shipping

Customers may choose expedited shipping through third-party carriers, including:

  • Purolator

  • FedEx

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

Shipping speed, delivery dates, and costs are determined by the carrier and destination. (Estimated delivery times are up to 35 business days within Canada and up to 40 business days for U.S. orders.)

Local Studio Pickup

Local pickup is available from our studio (3-19122 27 Ave, Surrey BC V3Z 5T1).

  • Customers will be notified when the order is ready for pickup

  • Pickup is available by appointment only

  • Orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
Farzan Samsamy Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier-related issues.

Returns & Exchanges (Print Products)

All print and framed products are custom-made.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • All products are shipped fully insured. Damage occurring during shipping will not impact the client and will be handled through the shipping insurance process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and fully inspected at our facility. Please allow up to 14 days after the product is received at our location for the refund to be processed. Any reduction in value resulting from damage, misuse, or improper handling may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase

  • Requests must be submitted within this timeframe

  • Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled
